Overview

The platform aims to integrate the Enterprise Resources Plannings (ERPs) of stores for online sale of a shopping mall group in the northeast of Brazil. In addition, we also centralize and integrate with the largest Brazilian marketplaces.

The challenge

During the Lean Inception we made with the stakeholders, we saw that the biggest current problem was in the inventory part for retailers, since they have the same quantity sold on different marketplaces platforms, thus creating disruptions.


The solution

Facilitate this flow for the merchant by automating some tasks, reducing user friction due to stockouts and centralizing information on products that will be published in different marketplaces. This brings gains in agility and reduces errors, such as duplication of orders.


Managing products

One of the user's pains is how they manage their single inventory across multiple marketplace platforms. This ends up creating friction, having the job of always tidying everything up manually, thus generating problems.One of the main solutions we made was to have a unified inventory, and inform the merchant where each product is being listed. With this, every time a product is sold in a different marketplace, he would be able to know which one and the total amount in its stock.Another solution was also at the time of publication: usually retailers have all their products registered in a spreadsheet, with this, we ended up creating a spreadsheet in which it makes it easier for the merchant to have all the information that each marketplace needs so that in the end, he does not need enter each of them and fill in each of the virtual stores. When exporting this spreadsheet, he will be able to refine his products, customizing or not each one of them and, finally, publish them all at once, choosing which marketplace he wants to be advertised.

As retailers need to manage their products in multiple marketplaces, we unify their inventory in one place where they can refine their products and publish everything at once.

Refining products

To make the user's day-to-day easier, we have created a product refinement feature, in which when uploading one of your products, it is possible for him to edit and add variations, both in a generic way that will be used in each online store and for each of the marketplaces it will publish.For example, he can customize his promotional prices with specific dates for each marketplace instead of going to each one, making his organization easier.

Product overview

If the merchant wants to publish his product, he can review all the information added before, in addition to being able to choose a specific marketplace where their information was changed precisely for him.

Order status

It became easier to manage orders from different marketplaces unifying all the orders in one place.
