Overview
Vizir Bank is a digital banking application designed to be used by any business that wants to have a bank. Unlike current banks, in addition to offering the identity of the person who will use it, the company can also provide specific functionalities for the business.
The Brazilian bureaucracy to open a digital bank turns out to be very complicated, that's why the product offers ease in skipping bureaucratic steps, and the customer ends up having only the effort to have their identity applied in the application. In addition, our differential is to create a feature for each customer's desire. Therefore, apart from the essential elements a bank has, they can differ depending on their market.
The product helps companies by making it easier to pay salaries and other benefits in one place.
One of the biggest challenges of this product is that the White Label Banking was created from a client and their requirements, so our flow was based on it. Based on his requests, we shaped the experience and adjusted it to the way he demanded. The result is that when making a delivery that should have been White Label, in the end, it wasn't so much because of some obstacles:

When we launched the product, we saw that our customers and users were dissatisfied with the result, so we sat back and saw our mistakes. We understood we would have to take steps back if we wanted our product to improve.
One of the things we tried to do before the product was born was to make Design Sprints, those one week that everyone knows. It turns out that it was almost impossible because there were so many people. Therefore, Vizir was a perfect fit for Lean Inception, the collaborative workshop to align people on the minimum viable product to be built. Instead of 5 days, we use two for a considerable six-part discussion:

Overall, Lean Inception was the best way to meet our customers, and their needs and more people can participate in this discussion.
After Lean Inception, we dived into a process of researching references with competitors, similar to what was done at Home. We map our main competitors and how their flow works to understand better how the market works.

A User Flow is usually done to be more evident and better visualize the user's journey. This way, it helps to understand intuitively.

As the flow becomes more precise, it's time to sketch the interface's structure. The main reason for this is to ensure the hierarchy and that all information is organized so that the components work best.

In the meantime, we are always talking and validating with the whole team; PO's for validation of flows, PM's reporting on how the sprint is going, developers to see how long it would take them to build and how we can make their work more accessible; the customer is also aware of all the steps, etc.
With everything validated, it's time for the UI, and from our new Design System, we can work more consistently and faster.

The new version was a great success. We increased our rating on the App Store with our customers' users and got five other big customers wanting our white label.

the company obtained many clients in the Banking project. Thus, it was necessary to create a Design System, as the product was scaling up very quickly. With this construction, we can consistently build future functionality.
